Please tune in to the fantastico EXCAVATED SHELLAC this sunday (7-13-08), where I’ll be a guest blogger. I’m honored that the erudite JW has invited me to post a selection from my collection of rare 78 rpm Greek bouzouki records…check it out and see what you think!

If you haven’t stopped by Excavated Shellac before you’re in for a real treat. JW presents a dizzyingly diverse and eclectic array of 78 rpm records from around the world, with excellent sound quality and his inimitable encyclopedic commentary.

not so much green as olive-flavored in the sense of a martini. “dirty,” in other words.
And the Lao records are for sale, baby!
love and thanks for the wonderful sounds!
